Is AffiliationSoftware compatible with my site?

AffiliationSoftware can track commissions on 99% of the websites, e-commerce, checkout systems, CMS and affiliate platforms available today on the web! If the system you are using is not listed on our website, don’t hesitate to contact our technical department to request more information.

What are the requirements to install AffiliationSoftware?

All the SaaS versions of AffiliationSoftware are installed on our servers, in this case there are no requirements. For the Hosted versions, the only requirement is, the server should have a linux hosting with Apache, PHP and MySQL. We also strongly suggest using a Cronjob to enable certain features.

Does the tracking of commissions work automatically?

Yes, after completing the integration process, by placing the tracking code on your website’s “thank you page,” all commissions referred by your affiliates will be automatically tracked, in real time and even after several days from the initial click.

Do you accept other payment methods besides PayPal?

Yes, besides PayPal, which is the default payment method, on request we can also accept payments via credit card, bank transfer or Skrill / Moneybookers. For more information please contact our customer service.

Can I unsubscribe at any time?

Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time through your PayPal account, by clicking on this link, or by contacting us via email.

What happens if I cancel my PayPal subscription?

By canceling the PayPal subscription you are requesting the cancellation from our service. Your affiliate program will remain active until the expiration of the paid period, after which it will be deleted. If you are in free trial your affiliate program will be immediately deleted.
