Can I unsubscribe at any time?<\/h5>

What happens if I cancel my subscription?<\/h5>

The cancellation involves the elimination of your affiliate program and all related data. After the cancellation we keep your data for 3 days, during which you can request the reactivation of the license. After 3 days all the data are permanently deleted, with no possibility to restore them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

What happens if I cancel my PayPal subscription?<\/h5>
\n

By canceling the PayPal subscription you are requesting the cancellation from our service. Your affiliate program will remain active until the expiration of the paid period, after which it will be deleted. If you are in free trial your affiliate program will be immediately deleted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

What happens if I do not pay the monthly license?<\/h5>
\n

If your license expires your affiliate program will be temporarily suspended for 3 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

I can not pay the license in time, what do I do?<\/h5>
\n

To avoid service suspension you can deposit in-store credits in our Client Area, they will be used for subsequent monthly payments. Alternatively, contact the accounting department and communicate the exact date on which it will be possible to pay your invoices.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Why do I see the access denied error when I log in?<\/h5>

As a security measure against Brute-force attacks, if you make too many logins with incorrect login details, our affiliate software automatically blocks your IP for 1 hour, after which it will be possible to log in again.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Why do I see the session expired error when I log in?<\/h5>
\n

If you can’t log in and you see the session expired error, delete your cookies and your browser cache, then close and reopen your browser, make sure you log in to the correct address. Contact us if the problem persists.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
